CNC wire cutting machine is used in steel plate cutting and other plate cutting, and plate cutting accounts for the largest proportion in the domestic processing industry. Therefore, in order to achieve the best efficiency in plate cutting, we need to maintain the machinery, so that we can keep the machinery in the best state anytime and anywhere to cope with the sudden work. The maintenance items and contents are discussed below.
1、 Daily maintenance
1. At the end of each day's work, the machine tool and guide rail should be cleaned in time to keep them clean and tidy. The gas source and power supply should be turned off in time, and the residual gas in the pipe belt should be drained.
2. The guide rail and rack of machinery and equipment should be well lubricated.
3. When the equipment is running, if the operator wants to leave for a long time, he should turn off the power of the equipment first.
2、 Weekly maintenance
1. Carry out a comprehensive inspection and cleaning of the equipment, and add lubricating oil for lubrication at the same time.
2. Check whether the rail cleaner works normally, whether it needs to be replaced, and whether the cutting torch is loose.
3、 Monthly and quarterly maintenance
1. Check all parts of the equipment to see if they can work normally and if there are problems that need to be dealt with.
2. Check all button switches in the equipment to see if they are damaged. If so, replace them in time.
3. Check the accuracy of the machine and whether it meets the specified requirements.
