4、 The cutting part is mainly composed of high-pressure water cutting head, sand storage vessel, high-pressure pipe, switch, manual control valve and vacuum pressure gauge (the manual control valve and vacuum pressure gauge must be installed at the sand outlet of sand storage vessel). The main function of cutting part is to control the opening and closing of high-pressure water and supply sand automatically. That is to say, by adjusting with manual control valve, the size of sand supply can be changed.

All electrical accessories are assembled in an electrical control box for cable connection with high-pressure water cutting platform and high-pressure generator. When the product leaves the factory, a cable is also provided for the customer to connect the high voltage generator. The main function of numerical control electrical part is to realize the numerical control of high-voltage cutting platform under the control of engineering control machine. By using the code instructions executed by computer, various complex parts can be cut and processed to meet the technological requirements of products.
