    2) We have prepared a complete set of installation and debugging videos for customers, and keep in close contact with customers during the process. Through various Internet channels, such as wechat, WhatsApp, TeamViewer, etc., timely solve customers' questions and put into production as soon as possible.

    3) In the process of using the customer, if you encounter any problems, you can contact at any time. Within 24 hours of receiving customer information, we will have a special person responsible for free answer, as soon as possible to restore the normal production of customers.
  • Accessory support

    1) Before leaving the factory, we will give a set of random accessories to the customer, which is convenient for customers to use and replace in the future.

    2) We also set up a complete warehouse equipped with high-end CNC machining center to ensure adequate inventory of accessories.

    3) Customers can contact us if they need to purchase accessories in the future. After confirmation by both parties, it will be promptly sent out through SF, DHL, FEDEX and other express channels to ensure the normal production of customers.

    1) We will have specially-assigned personnel to conduct regular return visit registration for customers to understand their daily usage. Provide prompt answers to customer questions.
